Notice of Default report - The Notice of Default report is distributed every Monday.  This report includes the name of the trustee filing the notice of default, borrowers, legal description of property, date and time of filing, instrument number, or book and page of the deed of trust in default. On the majority of entries, you will have a property address.

Daily Grantee report -  This report contains the same information as the Grantor/Grantee report listed above, except it is distributed as we complete a day’s work; it only will contain the filings for the day specified on the report.  If you are looking for the information quickly, this report is preferred by most.

City report - This report includes every code enforcement, release of code enforcement and notice of placarding filed in our office in a month.  The report tells you against whom a report is filed, legal description of property, date and time of filing, and on the majority of the entries, the address for the property.

Monthly reports are run the 2nd  Sunday of the following month.  For example, you can get the November mortgage report on or around the Monday following the 2nd Sunday of December.
Daily reports are sent out as we complete a day’s work, which is approximately 7 days after the date.  For example, the December 27,  2006, work was sent out on January 4, 2007.
